We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful speaker for our 2025 Annual Juneteenth Banquet.
Our 2025 Banquet Motivational Speaker is Rev Solomon C Phifer from Polly Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Texarkana. He is also an Arkansas State Trooper.
Reverend Solomon Christopher Phifer is the Senior Pastor of Polly Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Texarkana, Texas. He was elected as the twenty-second (22nd) pastor of the church and was officially installed on November 11, 2023.
A native son of James and Iris Phifer, Rev. Phifer is a devoted husband to his college sweetheart, Avis Phifer, and the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Aria June and Sol Rai.

Phifer graduated from the Arkansas State Police Academy, Class of 2022-A, and was assigned to Texarkana, Arkansas, as a State Trooper. In August 2024, he expanded his theological studies by pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Theology at the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.
At the core of his ministry, Rev. Phifer holds to these unshakable convictions:
Through his leadership, preaching, and service — whether from the pulpit, in the community, or in his role as a State Trooper — Rev. Phifer embodies a life dedicated to God, family, and the growth of His Kingdom.
